InspiredBody Workouts are Back!!

InspiredBody Workouts with a Dose of Donte

Come meet up with me and fitness enthusiast Donte Smith to get the morning started with a stretch, run, and a good time!

We will be taking over Metro Atlanta and surrounding Ga parks, on Saturday Mornings at 8:30 a.m. EST.

The parks featured for the InspiredBody workouts are:

Suwanee Park – Suwanee, Ga.
Piedmont Park – Atlanta, Ga.
Stone Mountain Park – Stone Mountain, Ga.
Shorty Howell Park – Duluth, Ga.

Workout Dates
The workouts will be held at the same parks on subsequent dates.

Note: Dates will run in order of weeks in a month going from weeks 1-4 and cycling back around in the same order. Any changes will be announced in the InspiredBody Motivation support group on Facebook and via e-mail.

What to bring and to wear
Bring your bottles of water (4)💧
Your mat or towel 🌈
Your inner child 🍭

Also, please wear a black T-shirt.
