Be Sweet to your heart…
At 40 years old, I was diagnosed with a severe heart valve condition and told by doctors that the only way to fix it was to have surgery. Thankfully, I was able to change my health, and heart fitness without surgery. The earlier you take good care of your heart the better. Trust me, I know for sure that If you take good care of your heart, it’ll take GREAT care of you!
Here are a few simple ways you can show your heart love.
Always Know Your Numbers

Once you know your inforamation. Take action and be physically active on purpose. Proper exercise is essential for a healthy heart.
Everyone’s body type is different. Whatever a healthy weight is for someone else might not be exactly the same for you. Carrying more weight than you should increases your risk for heart problems. Consult with a health professional to find out what the best weight is for your body.
Eat Good Food Often
